Spring migration is one of my favorite times of the year! Last Saturday, I visited Reddish Knob for the first time. It’s one of Virginia’s highest peaks. My goal for the day was to see Canada warblers, which I’ve only seen twice before. It had been a few years.
I was not disappointed.
I’ve shared my two favorite photos from that day: a Canada warbler and a chestnut-sided warbler.
